This incident resulted in the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was one of the those hurt in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Police arrested a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault close to the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of individuals hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
